We then refine the chosen plans into detailed Schematic Designs, mapping out conference rooms, workstations, and furniture. Collaborating with project consultants, we gather precise details on support needs, technology, and aesthetic goals to ensure every space—from workstations and conference rooms to reception areas—is designed to fit seamlessly with your vision.

Once the planning phase is approved, we move into Design Development, where the fun really begins! This phase is all about diving deeper into the details that make your space stand out. We keep an eye on the installation of any late-arriving items and assist you in gathering all the essential closeout documentation, including as-built documents in. At the end of the project, we provide you and the Landlord with detailed record drawings, ensuring a seamless transition to the completed space. We handle the creation and monthly updates of a comprehensive project master schedule and budget, ensuring every detail is accounted for. Additionally, our services include managing the issuance, review, and awarding of consultant RFPs, bid forms, and construction contract documents.
