This office café truly serves as the heartbeat of the workplace, fostering creativity and camaraderie. Whether it's a quick coffee break or a lively Happy Hour gathering, we’re thrilled with how our design has transformed this space into a hub of connection.
In addition to the vibrant kitchen, we incorporated tranquil phone rooms cloaked in a deep, moody forest green. These serene spaces offer a calming retreat from the buzz of the open office, promoting focus and productivity. The gentle glow from the wall sconces adds warmth, making these rooms perfect for those moments when you need a little privacy and concentration.

One of the key features in the space is the social hub, thoughtfully designed to enhance team interaction. The open and exposed ceiling creates an airy atmosphere, while a custom light installation made up of clustered circular pendants casts a warm glow over the riser seating, inviting teams to gather and socialize.

We also redesigned the existing base building washrooms. We prioritized residential warmth and comfort within these commercial amenities, recognizing that longevity and ease of maintenance are paramount. Rather than opting for sterile and unwelcoming designs, we introduced warm wood accents, soft lighting, and pops of colour to ensure that employees feel just as comfortable at work as they do at home.

In the Skymark suite, every design choice is intentional, creating a dynamic and engaging environment where connection thrives, and creativity flourishes. Here’s to a workspace that not only meets the needs of modern professionals but also celebrates the joy of coming together!
