A Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation Blending Timeless Design With Modern Touches
At the Armadale Residence, we embarked on a phased renovation journey to transform the kitchen and bathrooms, guided by our client’s desire for a timeless and classic aesthetic.
Our client loved the existing layout, so we preserved the key elements while elevating the details. We introduced custom millwork, updated appliances, and installed new lighting and plumbing fixtures. The original island felt too bulky, so we streamlined it with a porcelain waterfall countertop, adding elegance and a modern touch. A standout feature is the ILVE range, a statement piece that brings character and charm to the kitchen.

Principal Bathroom Update
To maintain the flow, we retained the existing plumbing layout but refreshed every surface. We crafted a custom walnut vanity, paired with textured zellige wall tiles, and highlighted the shower and countertops with luxurious marble accents. Brushed nickel fixtures complete the space, ensuring it remains timeless yet stylish.

For a fresh, modern look, we reconfigured the layout. Extending Bianco Carrera marble from the shower to the countertop, we added a pop of color with dark blue vanity fronts. The honeycomb floor tile contrasts with classic subway wall tiles, while black fixtures and textured sconces bring depth. A custom swing glass shower enclosure offers flexibility, adding a touch of luxe practicality.
