Reimagining a commercial office building’s outdoor lounge, that encourages tenants to connect and unwind during their breaks
Welcome to the Skymark outdoor lounge, where every break feels like a mini retreat!
In the Skymark outdoor lounge project, we transformed a commercial office building into a dynamic community lounge where tenants can escape during their break and soak in some much-needed sunshine, during warmer months. Our client dreamed of a space that goes beyond the basics; they envisioned an entertainment zone that inspires relaxation, sparks connection, and invites their tenants to unwind.
PROJECT SYNOPSIS
We brought this vision to life with a playful twist, featuring foosball and ping pong areas surrounded by comfortable seating for those eager to cheer on their colleagues or patiently await their turn to join in on the fun. Cozy Muskoka chairs and loungers beckon tenants to kick back and enjoy the outdoors, whether they're diving into a captivating novel or sharing laughs with coworkers over a refreshing drink.
Every inch of this outdoor lounge has been designed with comfort and community in mind. We’ve created plenty of inviting seating options for lunch al fresco, offering a delightful change of scenery from the usual office confines. The meticulously paved walkways and beautifully landscaped grounds set the stage for a vibrant atmosphere, encouraging tenants to stroll, relax, and embrace the beauty of nature.
