COMMERCIAL PROJECT
For the Wharton Way office project, we collaborated with our client—a manufacturing plant specializing in millwork and furniture—to transform their 1,500SF workspace into a modern and welcoming environment. Our design focused on optimizing the layout through strategic space planning, ensuring the office supports productivity while offering inviting, collaborative zones. Near the entrance, we designed a coffee bar area with a striking channeled tufted banquette and Concord Lighting pendants overhead, creating a cozy yet dynamic focal point perfect for client meetings or team catch-ups.
Adjacent to this space, a glass-walled meeting room adds an element of sophistication with black film for a sleek, opaque finish.
Further inside, the open office area includes a collaborative material library, along with flexible meeting spaces like the high-top table and TV setup for quick sample reviews and discussions.
Another highlight is the four-person collaboration booth, featuring plush forest green banquettes that wrap around and extend into the ceiling, providing a cozy and immersive space.
